4. Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, Users are fully informed of their rights.

The User has the following rights:

  • Right of access to their data: Users have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not their data is being processed, as well as a copy of their data and information on the characteristics of the processing carried out by the Data Controller on this data (art. 15 of the RGPD);

  • Right to erasure of data no longer required for processing (art. 17 of the RGPD);

  • Right to object to the processing of his/her data where there are no compelling legitimate grounds for processing (art. 21 of the RGPD);
  • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing which produces significant legal effects concerning him/her (art. 22 of the RGPD);
  • Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • The right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death (art. 85 of the LIL).
